Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Interac E=transfer to darlene@esteemdh.ca and cash.
Most insurance companies allow us to bill direct. Insurance details are the responsibility of the client. If these can be provided prior to your visit, it will allow us to help you better understand your policy and what it does and does not cover. Fees not covered are the responsibility of the client.
Everyone has the right to oral care. If finances are of concern we can put together a payment plan to help you achieve that healthier smile you deserve. You may also be able to get help through the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
